Each year our parish of four churches holds wedding services, which are a great joy to the Christian community here. We want to encourage this as an act of worship.

The clergy aim to meet with couples a number of times before the wedding to look at the service and ensure that the correct legal requirements are met. This will also ascertain that a wedding is possible and that a Christian understanding of marriage is understood.

Until this first meeting we cannot confirm a wedding date irrespective of the urgency of booking a venue. If necessary these meetings can be held via Zoom.
